Get To Know Natalie Sue!
People ask me all the time; how did you get started with Microblading or what made you want to open up your own business in the beauty industry?
Well…I have always had a huge passion for fitness and have been working out religiously for as long as I can remember, I did a fitness bikini competition back in 2012. I also did some modeling when I was younger and would say that I have always loved the beauty industry and anything beauty related always peaked my interest but never really enough for me to be bold enough to start my own business. I never truly found my passion but always knew in my heart of hearts that I wanted to own my own business.
The dream of owning my own business and being an entrepreneur stems from my Father, who has owned his business for more than 30 years. Seeing all the hard work he put in and the sacrifices he made to provide for our family was always something that truly inspired me, and I know he couldn’t have been successful and everything would have crumbled without the dedication and support from my Mother. Both of them made a great team and they both instilled in me at a young age the value of a dollar, to always work hard, be passionate in all you do, the importance of commitment and being true to your word by always following through but most importantly to always follow your heart and work to find something you truly love…..but what was that going to be…..
I just had no idea what that was until one day I was looking at my eyebrows thinking this shape needs help, so I did what everyone usually starts with and got on Google and stumbled across this “Microblading” thing. Right away the before and after pictures I saw infatuated me and I was blown away at how REAL and natural it looked…..Why haven’t I known about this? Why would someone not tell me how terrible my eyebrows were? I watched countless hours of videos and found myself surfing the web of how it was done and learning about the process… All these thoughts keep running into my head… what if I can help people who have fought cancer? Or who struggle with Alopecia? So many questions, so many ideas, but first I wanted to experience it for myself to make sure it lived up to the hype, so I made my appointment to get my eyebrows Microbladed and BOOM I had beautiful eyebrows and was so amazed with the results. It was then I had my moment of clarity because it was instantly so clear to me how much of a difference your eyebrows make with the entire face for really anyone… right then and there I knew I found my passion.
From that day forward, with a little nudge and reassurance from my husband that I could do this, I started to take the necessary steps to get my certifications, training, business created and Arts of Attraction was born shortly after.
Here I am years later and love waking up every day to what I do. My clients are everything to me and I truly feel like they are an extension of my family. I am so happy to be able to wake up each and every day and love what I do and know that I am able to help build confidence in people and make them happier in their own skin!
